If parents have any concerns or queries about school routines, their child's leanring or events, please raise these in the first instance with your child's class teacher in person at the end of the day, or jot a note in the home-school contact book, or arrange to speak with Mrs Deacon (Headteacher) or Miss Williamson (Deputy Headteacher).
 
Any concerns can usually be resolved informally very promptly. The school has a complaints procedure which is included in the policies section of this website for any concerns which may require more thorough investigation. Please send your concern form through to the Headteacher or email head@isleham.cambs.sch.uk if you woudl like a written response. Thank you. 
 
Snow and Bad Weather Policy
The school aims to stay open in inclement weather to enable those children who live locally to attend. In the unlikely event of the school having insufficient staff to run, or the school needing to shut, a scrolling message  will be added to the front page of the website and parents are encouraged to listen to the local radio station 'Snowline' for updates.
