Lots of fun and laughter with the visit of author Anthony McGowan

The Key Stage 2 children were delighted to welcome author Anthony McGowan to school on the afternoon of Tuesday 13th November. Anthony inspired the children with funny stories from his books and tips for writing, as well as making them laugh with details of his horrendous journey from Ely Station on his bike! He read aloud various sections from his book 'The Donut Diaries' and signed copies for some lucky children. Thank you Anthony, for braving the train from London, and the cycle ride from Ely to come and visit us!
