At Isleham Preschool we offer a warm and nurturing space for children to truly be themselves and flourish.

Our unique village location means we can offer a home from home experience incorporating nature and community life into our rich learning experiences.

Information

When can my child start?

Our main intake for children is September. If spaces permit we will also have intakes in January and April each academic year.



Opening Times

Isleham Preschool operates from a purpose built building in the grounds of Isleham Primary School. We are open Monday - Friday 09.00-15.00 (6 hours) term time only. We offer early morning chargeable (non funded) session 08.30-09.00 and Late afternoon chargeable (non funded) session 15.00-15.30 available.

The Preschool follows the same term dates as the main school.


Preschool Day

8:30 Preschool opens for early morning chargeable session

9:00-11.40 Free flow learning - inside/outside

9.30-10.30 Rolling snack (seasonal fruit and veg provided by us)

11.40-12.00 Group time

12.00 AM Session Ends / PM Session starts

12:00-12.30 Lunchtime

12:30-13.00 Group time

13.00-15.00 Free flow learning - inside/outside

13.30-14.30 Rolling snack (seasonal fruit and veg provided by us)

14.45-15.00 Group time

15.00-15.30 Late afternoon session chargeable session


Lunch, Snacks and Drinks

Children have access to fresh water throughout the day. We provide cups, so no need to bring a bottle.

AM snack - We provide morning snack and milk/water for the children at preschool.

PM snack - We provide afternoon snack and water for the children at preschool.

We promote healthy eating at our setting. Please provide your child with a healthy balanced diet within their lunch boxes. Please ensure that all grapes and other small round items are cut long ways to avoid choking.

Please no nuts, bananas or sweets in lunch boxes.



Session Timetable

Morning session (3 hours) 09.00-12.00

Afternoon session with lunch (3 hours) 12:00 - 15.00

Full day session with lunch (6 hours) 09.00-15.00

Fees

Early morning session 08.30-09.00 (non funded) £3.50

AM session (3 hours) = £18

PM session with lunch (3 hours) = £18.00

Full day sessions with lunch (6 hours) = £36.00

Late afternoon session 15.00-15.30 (non-funded) £3.50

Please note that fees are charged by the session regardless of arrival or pick up times.


All children are eligible for Early Years Funding the term after they are 3 years old, this funding will be discounted from your total hours before invoicing for any reminding hours. More information about Early Years Funding can be found here.

Those experiencing difficulty in making this payment should put this in writing for the attention of the Headteacher. The school and Preschool remain committed to supporting all children who attend the Preschool.
